Get results in days, not monthsResults in days, not monthsA foundation repair contractor website has an unusual job. Most visitors arrive anxious, and many have already seen a competitor or two. They want to understand what is happening, find out whether you are legitimate and decide whether to let a stranger inspect their house. Design and copy that serve that mood win jobs, and this page lays out what we build.
Mindset
Visitors typically fall into a few groups. The person with a symptom who wants to know whether it is serious. The person comparing quotes who wants to see how you differ. The home seller or buyer who needs a report on a deadline. The agent or inspector who wants a contractor they can send clients to. Each group of foundation repair visitors needs a different path through the site, and a menu that reads Home, About, Services, Contact does little for any of them.
Visual tone matters on a foundation repair site. Dramatic images of collapsed walls, red warning banners and countdown timers all signal pressure, and visitors read pressure as risk. A steady layout, plain language, real photos of your crews and finished work, and a visible phone number suggest a company that is not afraid of being compared.
The site should also be fast and usable on a phone, since many visits begin in a basement or crawl space with a camera in hand.
Page map
| Page | What it does | What goes on it |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Orients every visitor quickly | Phone, inspection request, the methods you install, reviews, license and insurance, service area |
| Symptom guides | Answer "what is this?" calmly | Cracks, sloping floors, bowing walls, sticking doors, sunken concrete, each with common causes and limits |
| Method pages | Explain how each repair works | Piers, wall systems, slab lifting, crawl space support, with real photos of installs |
| Inspection process | Lowers fear of the first step | Who comes, what they measure, how long it takes, what is delivered and what happens next |
| Warranty | Shows the real terms | Coverage, exclusions, duration, transfer steps and how to file a claim, matching your written document |
| Financing | Answers a common objection | Which lenders or programs you work with and what to expect, with accurate disclosures |
| Projects | Proves the work happened | Photos and short descriptions of problems found and what was done, with owner permission |
| For sellers and agents | Meets a deadline-driven audience | Turnaround for inspections and reports, how warranty transfer works and who to call |
| Service areas | Supports local search honestly | Real towns, real local conditions, nothing padded |
Few companies need all nine. We build the set that fits your methods and territory.

Mobile
Think about where a foundation repair website gets opened. In a basement with a flashlight. In a crawl space doorway. In a driveway, next to a sunken apron. In bed, at night, after noticing a crack at the corner of a window. The screen is a phone, the person is worried and patience is short.
For a foundation repair company, that argues for a plain, fast layout: a tappable phone number in the header, an inspection button that stays reachable as the page scrolls, photos that load quickly and text large enough to read without pinching. Pop-ups that cover the page, auto-playing video and slow sliders all cost visitors.
Desktop still matters, especially for planners, sellers and agents comparing options at a desk, but it is the second view for most traffic. We design phone-first and check the desktop afterward.
The form
A short form beats a long one, but a foundation repair form that asks nothing produces vague leads. For this trade we recommend a few fields: name, phone, address or town, the main symptom from a short list, whether the house is being sold or bought and a place to add notes or upload photos if the platform allows. That gives your estimator enough to prepare without making the visitor feel interrogated.
Confirmation matters. Tell the visitor what happens next, how quickly someone will call and what the visit involves. If you promise a same-day response, make sure someone delivers it. Form data should be handled with reasonable privacy and security, and if your forms collect details about individuals' homes, make sure the privacy policy matches what you do.
A tap-to-call button must sit in plain view on every phone page. For a large share of urgent visitors, the phone is the form.
Warranty and financing
Two foundation repair topics that earn trust are also the most likely to cause trouble. Warranty: a page that states duration, what is covered, what is excluded and how transfer to a new owner works is genuinely useful, and is persuasive for homeowners worried about resale. Words like lifetime and transferable should appear only when your written warranty supports them, with the conditions stated nearby. If notice windows or transfer fees apply, say so.
Financing: describe the options without implying approval, and leave rate and term disclosures to the lender's own materials. Rules about advertising credit are strict. Check with your lender, your licensing board and counsel on both topics; this is not legal advice. The aim is clear, accurate information, because homeowners who read the fine print later will remember whatever was missing.
First screen
Every page on a foundation repair site is a possible landing page, so each one needs these answers within the first screen.
| Question in the visitor's mind | Where the page answers it |
|---|---|
| Is this the right kind of company? | A headline that names the repair and the area |
| Can I reach someone now? | A tap-to-call button and clear hours |
| Are you legitimate? | A license and insurance line, a review rating and a real crew photo |
| What happens if I reach out? | One plain sentence describing the inspection visit |
| Is this going to cost a fortune? | A calm note that written estimates can be compared freely |
Technical
None of this is glamorous. All of it affects whether a visit ends in a booked inspection.
| Item | What we do | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile speed | Compress images, limit scripts, test on real phones | Many visits start on a phone, and slow pages lose people before the phone number appears |
| Call tracking | Dynamic numbers by source with the main number in the footer and schema | Shows which channels produce calls without confusing search engines |
| Form tracking | Track submissions and calls as conversions | Lets ad and SEO work be judged by results |
| Structured data | Business and service structured data that mirrors what the page says | Helps search engines understand who you are and where you work |
| Photo handling | Descriptive file names, alt text, sensible sizes | Project photos are a main trust signal and should load fast |
| Accessibility | Readable type, contrast and keyboard use | Older homeowners are a large part of the audience, and accessibility helps everyone |
Build process
We review your methods, territory, warranty, financing and what your best customers say before they buy.
We agree on the page map, then write the pages with your estimator reviewing every technical claim.
A custom design, built on a platform you control, with forms, tracking and speed work done properly.
We launch with redirects and tracking, then host, maintain and keep improving the site as part of the plan.
Site pricing
Gold and Platinum both include a custom website that we manage end to end. A standalone site is priced after a short call. No contracts.
Site FAQ
Organic Growth Gold ($2,495 a month) and Platinum ($3,495 a month) each include a custom website that we host, maintain and manage. If you want only a website, we quote it after a short call based on pages and features. None of it is under contract.
Usually not exact prices, because each house is different. Explain what affects cost, show what a written scope contains and describe how inspections and estimates work. If you publish ranges, make sure you can honor them and that they reflect your market. A short note on how estimates are produced often does more than a number.
In most cases yes. Piers, wall repair, slab lifting and crawl space work attract different searchers and answer different questions. A single services page cannot serve them all well. We build pages for what you truly install. Smaller methods can share a page if the audience and questions are truly the same.
It can. Many contractors find that homeowner photos help estimators prepare and reduce wasted visits. We add an optional upload to the request form where the platform allows, with clear privacy language and file size limits. Estimators can then review photos before the visit and arrive better prepared.
We write them from your documents and avoid wording the paperwork does not support. Lifetime and transferable only appear with the conditions stated. Financing wording stays general, since the lender controls the terms. Check with your counsel and licensing board about your state. Plain wording here protects you as much as the homeowner.
That is a priority from the start. We keep images light, limit scripts and test on real phones. Speed affects both search visibility and whether a stressed visitor waits for the page to load or goes back to the results. We test on mid-range phones over ordinary mobile connections, not only on a fast office network.
Maybe. If it is built on a platform you control and its structure is sound, we improve it. If not, we recommend a rebuild and explain why. Silver and RankGuarantee™ plans can work with a good existing site. The test is whether it is fast, easy to edit and clearly structured, not whether it looks dated.
